The primary function of the JTM Customer Loss Analysis System (CLAS) application is to
analyze claims history records. It allows users to manipulate the loss experience data for
a single customer, or group of related customers, and display statistical information in a
variety of ways. The data can be filtered so that analysis is only performed on a portion
of the data available and can be displayed in a wide variety of ways, including tabular
and graphical on-screen presentation. Reporting capabilities are also built-in to the
application, so that the user can develop and print custom reports on the data displayed.
