Licensing Considerations

There is no runtime fee for the use and distribution of JTM Graphs with your applications, provided you have a fully licensed copy, not just an evaluation copy.   However, JTM Graphs uses GRAPHX.VBX, licensed from Pinnacle Publishing, Inc. You must also have a valid license for this control.  Typically a copy of Microsoft Visual Basic or Visual C++ contain this control and a license to distribute it.   Please check your licensed development software to determine if you already have a license for this control. 

JTM Graphs currently uses version 4.52 of the GRAPHX.VBX control.  Your license from Pinnacle Publishing should be for this version or later.
