As senior project manager, for thirteen months, assembled and facilitated project teams, representing a large number of technical and business functions, to design, development, and implement major website changes and enhancements to a highly- active internet web site. Managed multiple projects at once, with some project teams as large as 20 people.  Assisted the Technical Director in hiring, training, and evaluating technical staff, including project managers. Trained project managers in communication, collaboration and team-building concepts. Advised the Technical Director on additional management matters.
